Michael Pearse, hailing from Berwick, PA, retired from the U.S. Navy after being stationed in Charleston, SC in 2012. With over a decade of experience in the multifamily maintenance industry, Mike is a seasoned professional adept at overseeing all aspects of apartment maintenance and renovations. His leadership prowess shines through his fervent commitment to building robust teams and fostering individual growth through skill and leadership enhancement initiatives. He oversees our properties in Charleston, SC, Augusta, Statesboro, and Savannah, GA, playing a pivotal role in creating and executing CAPEX plans for our future acquisitions.
